AVIATION
Autobiographical account of New Zealander Air Commodore A. E. Clouston’s aviation career, covering his time as a test pilot, wartime operations, and his participation in a number of air races and attempts at speed records. Cloustons mixed results in these activities made the events all the more interesting, since it highlighted the risks that pilots undertook so routinely in the pre-war days.
