Review: Although Enid Blyton has written the Adventure series for children, I think it can be enjoyed by all ages.
This is the third book in the series I have reread for nostalgic value. I read most of the series way back when I was in primary school, and I have found it most enjoyable to read some of them again.
In The Ship of Adventure the four children, who get caught up an an amazing adventure every summer holiday, go on a nice safe cruise, but after they discover a secret in a ship in a bottle, they are off to a mysterious dead” island in the Greek Islands in search of a long lost treasure. Fortunately Bill is there to help them fight of the bad guys.
