Like his Canadian counterpart, Currie, he was only a member of the militia or part-time soldier before the war, but he went on to become one of the outstanding senior commanders. Second Revised Edition. xi, 235pp, endpaper maps, frontis portrait. Or wraps #0517/1219 (General wear and tear to covers and spine commensurate with age. See image. Not a collector’s copy.)
